Composition:
Each kg contains:
Tylosin Phosphate equivalent to 250 g active form.

Indications:
Broilers
> Prevention and control of CRD caused by Mycoplasma
gallisepticume and Mycoplasma SPP.
> Increasing weight gain and improved FCR.
Layers:
Increasing egg production and improving feed efficiency through
the control of MG.
Pullets:
Prevention and control of CRD caused by Mycoplasma
gallisepticume and Mycoplasma SPP.

Dosage & Administration:
Chickens:
180 to 220 g of Tylovet 250 per ton of final feed. It should be
fed continuously as the only ration.
Broilers:
3.5 to 4.4 kg of Tylovet 250 per ton of final feeds. Administer the
medicated feed to chickens as the only ration for the first 5 days
(0 to 5 days of age) follow with a second administration for
24 to 48 hours at 3 to 5 weeks of age.
Layers:
200 g of Tylovet 250 per ton of final feed. It should be fed
continuously as the only ration.
pullets:
4.4 kg of Tylovet 250 per ton of final feed. Administer the
medicated feed to replacement chickens as the only ration for
the first 5 days (0 to 5 days of age) follow with a second
administration for 24 to 48 hours at 3 to 5 weeks of age.

Drug Interaction:
Do not mix or use simultaneously with other feed grade
antibiotics.

Withdrawal time:
5 days before slaughter whenever administred 3.5 to 4.4 kg of
Tylovet 250 per ton of feed.

Precautions:
When mixing and handling this product, use protective clothings,
impervious gloves and dust mask.

Comments:
To ensure better distribution, first mix with smaller quantity of
feed, mineral supplement or other feed ingredient and then
carefully mix with final feed.

Side effect:
No side effect is known if used according to the recommended
dosage and mixed carefully with final feed.

Storage: Store in cool, dry and dark place,out of reach of children.

Packaging: 5 kg Package.

Shelf-Life: 18 months.
